Refund policy

Before fulfilment

Contact fab50s.dash@gmail.com immediately if you need to cancel. We will cancel and refund the order if fulfilment has not started. Because products can enter production or fulfilment quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed after the supplier accepts the order.

Damaged, incorrect, defective, missing or lost products

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if an item is damaged, incorrect, materially defective or missing. For a package lost in transit, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Include the order number, product, lot number where visible, a description and photographs where reasonable. If the claim is valid, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund, including rights required by applicable law.

Change-of-mind returns

For safety and quality reasons, opened ingestible products and opened cosmetics cannot be returned for change of mind. Do not mail products to Supliful or any address shown on a parcel without contacting us first; the fulfilment provider does not operate as our general consumer-return location.

For unopened, unused and undamaged products, the MVP does not offer a voluntary change-of-mind return. Do not send products back without our written instructions. Non-waivable legal rights still apply.

Approved damage, defect, incorrect-item and missing-item claims normally do not require the customer to mail the product back. If we specifically require a return for an approved claim, we will provide the return address and prepaid instructions and will pay the authorized return-shipping cost. An address printed on an outbound parcel is not authorization to return a product there.

Product reactions and safety reports

Refund requests involving a suspected adverse event are handled separately from ordinary returns so the safety report is not lost. Contact fab50s.dash@gmail.com with the product, lot, order number, use and what happened. A refund does not determine whether the product caused the event and does not replace medical care.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider posting time varies. We will confirm when the refund is submitted. Original processing and supplier costs may not be returned to us, but that does not reduce a refund the customer is legally or contractually owed.
