Project Motion Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from the Project Motion store operated by Individual Entrepreneur Startup factory, Georgian Individual Entrepreneur number 328893292, at Village Mashavera, Dmanisi Municipality, Georgia 1700.

Eligibility and store use

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information and not misuse the store, interfere with its security or violate applicable law.

Product information

We aim to present current ingredients, servings, directions, warnings, images and availability. Read the physical product label before use; the delivered physical label controls if website content and the delivered label differ. Colors and packaging may appear differently on a screen, but we will not substitute a materially different product without appropriate notice.

Project Motion products are not presented as medicines or as diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing disease. They do not replace a varied diet, movement or medical care. Suitability can depend on diet, allergies, pregnancy, health conditions and medicines. Follow the label and consult an appropriately qualified clinician or pharmacist if you are unsure. Stop use and seek appropriate help if you experience a concerning reaction.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD. Shipping and applicable tax are shown before payment. An order is placed only when Shopify checkout accepts payment and the store issues an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot lawfully or accurately be supplied, including for stock, payment, fraud, address, regulatory or material listing errors.

The MVP is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, automatic renewal, preorder, deposit or reservation.

Shipping, cancellation and refunds

The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will provide the legally required delay or cancellation options and refund as applicable. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Product safety and recalls

Report suspected adverse events, contamination, tampering, incorrect labels or other safety problems promptly to fab50s.dash@gmail.com, including the product, lot number, order number and what happened. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or poison control first. We may contact you for follow-up information and may need to report or disclose information to regulators, manufacturers, fulfilment providers or advisers as required for safety, investigation or recall.

Intellectual property

Project Motion names, artwork, copy and store content are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the store for personal shopping and information, but may not copy, sell, scrape or commercially exploit store content except where law permits.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or rights that applicable consumer law makes non-waivable.

Governing law and disputes
