United States shipping

The first Project Motion MVP ships only to valid delivery addresses in the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and other countries is not currently available.

Standard shipping costs $5.99 for an order below $65 and is free for an order of $65 or more. The cart and checkout must show the applicable shipping charge before payment.

Orders are usually fulfilled within 2–5 business days after payment, order review and supplier acceptance. A label printed for the first time may undergo an additional supplier verification step of up to 24–48 hours. Regular US domestic delivery after dispatch is usually 2–4 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions. These are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

You will receive tracking when the carrier makes it available. Multiple products may arrive in separate parcels if the fulfilment provider requires it; we will show or communicate this where known.

Please check the delivery address before payment. Contact fab50s.dash@gmail.com immediately if it is wrong. We cannot promise a change after fulfilment starts. The customer is responsible for an accurate, accessible address; we remain responsible for rights and remedies required by applicable law.

If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment date where possible and offer the legally required choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund. If we cannot supply the order, we will cancel and refund it.

For a parcel shown as delivered but not received, or a parcel that arrives damaged or tampered with, contact fab50s.dash@gmail.com promptly with your order number and photographs where available. We will investigate with the carrier and fulfilment provider.
