How Project Motion reviews evidence

Project Motion is movement-first. We publish practical education for women 50+ and keep that education separate from what any supplement can honestly claim.

Editorial status: Project Motion editorial review. No medical review is claimed unless a named, qualified reviewer and review date appear on the specific page.

What we start with

For movement guidance, we begin with current public-health guidance and other authoritative clinical or professional sources. For ingredient questions, we look for relevant systematic reviews, consensus statements and controlled human studies—not a single convenient headline.

For product facts, we use the current finished-product label and verifiable supplier, manufacturing and testing documents. A study about an ingredient is not proof that a specific finished product produced the same result.

How a claim is reviewed

  1. Define the exact claim. We include the likely implied takeaway, not only the literal sentence.
  2. Check relevance. We compare the population, ingredient form, amount, duration and outcome studied with the statement being considered.
  3. Read the whole evidence base. We do not treat one positive finding as the full answer when stronger or conflicting evidence exists.
  4. Separate ingredient, product and routine. Movement guidance does not prove a product benefit. Ingredient evidence does not automatically substantiate a Project Motion product.
  5. State uncertainty. If the evidence is mixed, indirect or unavailable, the page should say so. If a product fact is unresolved, it stays off the page.
  6. Review the full context. Headlines, images, links and calls to action can imply a claim even when the body copy is cautious.

Commercial transparency

Project Motion sells products. Evidence pages may link to a relevant product after its public facts are verified, but the commercial relationship does not lower the evidence standard. We label paid, affiliate or sponsored relationships if they exist.

Updates and corrections

Evidence and product facts can change. We date substantive updates, keep visible references on the page and correct material errors. To flag a problem, email fab50s.dash@gmail.com with the page URL and the statement you believe needs review.
